       Through guided relaxation exercises, body movement, touch and dance you will be invited to expand your sensitivity, joy and awareness, creating a space for deeper meditation.

Using techniques which focus on the senses, you will bring your awareness to the heart and enter into a space of intimacy to explore the difference between emotions and feelings.

       You will learn ways to allow your life energy to flow in a natural way and enter a state of balance; connecting with yourself and others in a more open and spontaneous way.
