Tantra: Breath of Life

       Tantra means "yes" ... embracing life to the fullest, within yourself and in intimacy with others, with existence itself. It means awakening all of your life energy.

       Breathing moves our energy, and is the body’s link with life. First we will use breath, body movement and dance to loosen the body’s armoring and bring each energy center alive with sound and movement. In this process old tensions release. A new world of relaxation and sensitivity opens; the body becomes a doorway for meditation.

       Tantric breathing, eye contact and inner sensing will then form a basis for partner exercises. You will strengthen your capacity to be more alive and at the same time be aware. This is the secret of Tantra.
